WE MAKE IT RIGHT
In any tank, the quality of the weld is all-important. That's why IFH combines MIG, TIG/robotic and electrical resistance welding to provide tanks of the highest quality. Our manufacturing equipment is state-of-the-art. CNC turret punches, CNC controlled forming equipment and CNC controlled welding equipment help us do it right the first time, every time.
WE USE THE RIGHT MATERIALS
IFH offers tanks in steel, stainless steel or aluminum.
We pioneered the use of aluminized steel- sheet steel hot dip coated on both sides
with an aluminum-silicon alloy - to solve the contamination problems inherent in
uncoated steels. It combines the corrosion resistance of aluminum with the structural
strength (and lower cost) of steel.
Our aluminized steel tanks are resistant to virtually all petroleum-based and synthetic fluids while providing excellent protection from atmospheric corrosion. The tanks can be readily welded using resistance, MIG or TIG processes and formed using normal methods. Peeling or flaking of the coating's attractive satin finish can be easily painted once the surface has been properly cleaned and prepared.
WE MAKE IT ECONOMICAL
IFH aluminum tanks have excellent corrosion resistance and are totally compatible with virtually all petroleum-based and synthetic fluids. These tanks can be designed and manufactured to very low initial contamination levels. And, IFH offers stainless steel tanks constructed from
a wide variety of alloys, such as the popular type 304. These tanks offer superior corrosion resistance to practically any fluid, can withstand extremely harsh environments, and be manufactured to extremely low initial contamination levels. Our engineering staff has 70 years of combined experience in the design of custom steel fuel and hydraulic reservoir tanks. The primary focus of IFH Group engineers is to develop a "Business Partnership" with your design engineers, enabling our company to produce a tank that fulfills your exacting quality and design requirements. Our experience, state-of-the-art equipment and proven manufacturing processes facilitate our goal of manufacturing the highest quality tank at a consistently competitive cost.
WE MAKE IT CONVENIENT
Our extensive sub-assembly capabilities allow us to fabricate fittings such as brackets or tube fittings inhouse. Our tool design capabilities and tool-making equipment can provide every tool and fixture you might need for your tank.
IFH means added value. We can just make you a tank, or we can deliver a tank complete with fittings, filters, strainers, fuel level indicators, sight gauges or bulbs or any other component that you may now have to add yourself at the sub-assembly stage.
We can also mount the tank on a base plate, provide tie-down straps or brackets to hold It in place, and paint it.
