The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing assigned accounts by promoting and selling OEM tanks and fabricated products by being a resource to the customer. The expectation is to create a long-term customer relationship through exceptional customer service. KAM is expected to work with all departments at the customer (i.e. Purchasing, Research & Development, Engineering, Quality, Management). The KAM is responsible for maintaining existing business, presenting new customer opportunities and overall customer relations. Sales dollar growth will be evaluated, as well as product profitability.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related field. Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment and utilizing current technology to extract and analyze data and create metrics for the management team.
COMPUTER SKILLS Proficiency in the use of all standard IFH software systems, not including engineering software. This includes, but is not limited to: Made2Manage ERP, Windows XP/7/8/10, Office365 Suite, Web Browsers, and PDF Editing Software.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, schematics, blueprints, work orders, rules, instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Physical Demands: This position requires prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Occasional need to work on the manufacturing floor including walking, bending, and stooping. When working on manufacturing floor steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection will be required.
Work Environment: The work is consistently performed in an office.
