The Design Phase

CFM-ICONSOur Engineering and Design team will custom design your end product down to the last bolt and weld based upon your specified requirements, or they can quote you a price and lead time based off of your drawing. Just let our engineering staff know what you need, and they will let you know if we can produce it. If it can be fabricated from metal, expect a “yes”! A dedicated member of our engineering team will work directly with you to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. We will draw up a formal quotation for you with a price, quantity discount (if applicable), and expected lead-time for production. We use state-of-the art 3D modeling to develop the most efficient design for your application.

Selecting the Right Material

  • Plastic, too!

Assembly

We use the most advanced manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art equipment to fabricate your product fast, and in whatever quantity you need – from a single custom fabrication to production quantities. Our lean manufacturing process reduces cost while increasing productivity to deliver value to our customers in return. IFH will design and build your product, then use our comprehensive value-added assembly services to provide any additional components you may need. Finished Product

Your fabrication will be delivered on time, in whatever quantity you need, and with any additional components you may need, with no part sourcing or inventory for you to manage.
